Position Description                                                                      

The incumbent shall assist the Director of Construction and Physical Development with daily office management and construction management.

Duties and Responsibilities                                                                    

· Organize office and construction documentation;

· Responsible for document translation and meeting interpretation;

· Prepare meeting minutes and reports;

· Prepare technical specification and construction drawings;

· Site inspection, and other design & construction management tasks;

· Complete other tasks if required.

Required Job Specifications                                                                

· Required qualification: Bachelor degree, preferably with English translation / interpretation, Architecture, Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering or construction related disciplines, or overseas education background.

· Required experience: at least one-year relevant experience in administration work; candidates with work experience in the field of design or construction will be considered first

Required Job Competencies                                                                

· Fluency both in oral and written English: pass TEM 8 or other language tests

· Good computer skills in Outlook, Microsoft Word and Excel; preferably Autodesk AutoCAD skills.
