Position Description                                                                      

The incumbent will be responsible for coordinating with GTIIT undergraduate teaching affairs and liaising with Department of Undergraduate Student Registration in Technion.

Duties and Responsibilities                                                                    

· Prepare and maintain the detailed academic calendar;

· Learn, maintain and help disseminate the Moodle system to the teachers;

· Responsible for receiving, and recording students’ grades;

· Schedule classrooms;

· Assist with student enrollment into courses;

· Liaise with Department of Undergraduate Student Registration in Technion;

· Assist with academic administration of the department in general;

· Undertake other tasks and responsibilities as may reasonably be required.

Required Job Specifications                                                                

· Required qualification: Bachelor or Master degree in English, Business Administration or Public Administration; preferably with overseas degree.

· Required work experience: preferably with office administration experience.

Required Job Competencies                                                                

· Fluent in both Chinese and English at all levels;

· Good interpersonal and communication skills to work in an international, cross-cultural work environment.
