Position Description                                                                      

The construction supervisor is responsible for coordinating different construction projects on campus. The incumbent is also responsible for ensuring the quality and safety of the construction projects. 

Duties and Responsibilities                                                                    

· Inspect construction works and ensure the project is completed in good quality.

· Ensure construction environment safety.

· Prepare progress report.

· Complete other tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Required Job Specifications                                                                

· Required qualification: College degree or above in the field of civil engineering, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, or other relevant fields; certified engineer or above

· Required experience: At least five-year work experience in construction inspection and supervision

Required Job Competencies                                                                

· Language ability: CET4 or above;

· Familiar with relevant national regulations and its application;

· Have relevant document/certificates in engineering supervision or PRC certified (Associate) Constructor. Candidates who are familiar with electricity, water supply and drainage, HVAC are preferred;

· Understand relevant engineering drawings and know how to use simple CAD drawings;

· Able to use office software;

· Responsible, have good communication and coordinating skills. Able to coordinate at construction sites;

· Able to cope with pressure and cooperate with the whole team;

· Organized, hardworking and passionate.
