Position Description                                                                      

The incumbent will be responsible for assisting with teaching affairs and other relevant tasks within the department. He/she will also help with GTIIT Reading Room management.

Duties and Responsibilities                                                                     

· Assist with student enrollment into courses;

· Help maintain the Moodle system;

· Assist with exam management including room distribution, exam scanning, etc.

· Help manage GTIIT Reading Room, including Reading Room system maintenance, book management, etc.

· Undertake other tasks and responsibilities as may reasonably be required.

Required Job Specifications                                                                

· Required qualification: bachelor degree or above.

· Required work experience: 0-2 years, experience with Chinese university teaching affairs management will be an advantage.

Required Job Competencies                                                                

· Fluent Chinese and English oral and writing communication;

· Multi-task skills;

· Good Microsoft Office skills;

· Good interpersonal skill to work in an international, cross-cultural work environment.
