Position Description                                                                      

The incumbent will be responsible for Talent Title related project application, and assist with academic human resources affairs in Academic Administration Office at GTIIT.

Duties and Responsibilities                                                                    

• Talent Title related project application.

• Assist in other paperwork in the dept.

• Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.

Required Job Specifications                                                                

• Required qualification / academic degree: bachelor degree or above from an internationally reputable university. Accounting or HR major preferred.

• Required experience: working experience in project application will be an advantage.

Required Job Competencies                                                                

• Language ability: Fluent Chinese and English oral and writing communication.

• Good Microsoft Office skills; Especially excel.

• Good planning and organizing skills.

• Good communication and collaboration skills.

• Good interpersonal skill to work in an international, cross-cultural work environment.
