Position Description                                                                      

The incumbent will be responsible for, but not limited to, developing, executing and managing the campus maintenance program, ensuring the smooth and reliable operation of equipment and facilities and systems to support the daily operation of the campus.

Duties and Responsibilities                                                                     

• Make preventive maintenance plans for all equipment and systems, complete all maintenance plans according to the standards; Responding time and customers satisfaction shall meet the standards, participate in evaluation on the service quality of property engineering department regularly.

• Inspect and supervise the implementation of campus maintenance activities done by both internal & external service provider.

• Back up and manage the campus equipment control procedures and modify the equipment when necessary.

• Prepare, review, and implement campus maintenance improvement plans.

• Be able to lead some modification or improvement project independently.

• Assist in planning and budgeting annual maintenance costs.

• Repair and troubleshoot equipment failures and develop maintenance procedures and various emergency plans.

• Prepare the list of spare parts needed for emergency maintenance.

• Provide technical support for operation department's improvement project and regularly complete the safety inspection of water, electricity, equipment and facilities.

• Be able to repair some failure of equipment independently when necessary.

Required Job Specifications                                                                

• Required qualification: Bachelor degree, major in mechatronics and electrical automation

• Required experience: more than 3 years of experience in mechanical and electrical system management, be familiar with circuit, PLC, touch screen, inverter and other parameters and procedures is preferred; hands-on maintenance experience is a must. 

Required Job Competencies                                                                

• Language ability: Proficient in both Chinese and English, CET6 or above.

• Good communication skills.

• Be able to work at nighttime or weekends when necessary.
