Position Description
The incumbent shall assist the President of GTIIT Education Foundation in daily management, including drafting documents, implementing activities, welcoming visiting guests, etc. He/she shall act as the liaison between the GTIIT Education Foundation and other school departments.
Duties and Responsibilities
Draft fundraising proposals, annual plans, project reports, promotional materials;
Assist with the arrangement and coordination of meetings and events;
Handle all administrative affairs within the Foundation, e.g. procurement, reimbursement, document submission, file management;
Liaison with alumni, other University departments to support alumni engagement activities;
Maintain and update the relevant information of donors, alumni and volunteers;
Manage the stock and usage of GTIIT gifts;
Complete other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements
Required qualification: master degree from an internationally recognized university.
Required work experience: preferably administrative experience in public welfare industry or higher educational institutions.
Required Job Competencies
Fluent in spoken and written Chinese and English
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Responsible, meticulous, proactive
Good Microsoft Office skills
