Position Description                                                                      

The incumbent will be responsible for assisting the assistant finance manager in managing, processing and troubleshooting various accounts and transactions and supporting our day-to-day transactions.

Duties and Responsibilities                                                                    

· Manage cash and deposits to ensure sound cash flow.

· Manage tax invoices and finance invoice, contract, and other accounting documents.

· Complete and submit tax provision timely and accurately.

· Maintain good work relations with banks, tax bureau and other related parties.

· Handle financial affairs related to students.

· Coordinate ERP-bank online sharing.

· Complete other tasks assigned by superior.

Required Job Specifications                                                                

· Required qualification: Bachelor degree or above majoring in accounting.

· Required experience: 2-year+ experience, preferably in finance related filed.

Required Job Competencies                                                                

· Language ability: able to use English as work language;

· Able to manage tasks independently;

· Good communication skills and team work spirit.
