With a focus on the pivotal areas of development in China's landscape and a panoramic view of international frontiers, Guangdong Technion - Israel Institute of Technology (GTIIT) has steadfastly committed to nurturing outstanding talents urgently needed by the country through its science and engineering programs.

Since admitting its first cohort of undergraduate students in 2017, GTIIT has witnessed the continuous growth of its academic disciplines and offered six undergraduate programs. On this fertile path towards dreams, our students embrace diversity, cultivate aspirations, and explode with the tremendous potential of the scientific spirit as they forge ahead.

A research-oriented teaching approach is one of the characteristics of undergraduate education at GTIIT, where access to world-class experimental facilities for undergraduate students is provided. Under the integrated "knowledge triangle" model that converges innovation, research, and education, the university encourages undergraduates to join professors' research teams by application. Through authentic research tasks, the students are expected to solidify their professional foundation, cultivate innovative capabilities, explore their interests, and elevate their learning outcomes. This approach fosters their hard skills in deepening professional expertise and their soft skills in maintaining a broad perspective.

Since its inception, GTIIT has seen over 200 undergraduates participate in or complete nearly 100 research projects under the guidance of their supervisors. These projects have led to several significant achievements, with some undergraduates even publishing research papers in international journals as first authors or co-authors. These accomplishments serve as a testament to the potential for success and recognition that awaits students at GTIIT, inspiring and motivating them to strive for excellence in their academic journey.

The initial forays into scientific research among our students have exemplified our motto "Dream it. Do it.". We fervently hope that, with GTIIT as their launching pad, students will not only engage in scientific research but also fully embrace its charm. We encourage them to ignite their passion for research, strengthen their resolve to pursue it as a career, and assure them of our unwavering support in their academic and professional endeavors.
