Position Description                                                                      

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Electrical Engineer to join our team. The incumbent will be responsible for compilation of technical scheme, follow-up of relevant projects and provide technical solutions, etc.

Duties and Responsibilities                                                                    

· Responsible for the compilation or examination of the technical scheme of mechanical and electrical specialty and the technical presentation;

· Responsible for the follow-up of the progress plan of the mechanical and electrical projects;

· Responsible for technical guidance of mechanical and electrical specialty and solve technical problems;

· Planning management and cost control scheme for on-site electromechanical specialty;

· Responsible for the design and material budget of mechanical and electrical project, supervision and inspection of the mechanical and electrical construction, and completion, acceptance and transfer of mechanical and electrical projects;

· Undertake other tasks and responsibilities as may reasonably be required.

Required Job Specifications                                                                

· Required qualification/academic degree: Electrical related specialty, familiar with electrical professional knowledge, understand relevant specifications. Holding the certificate of national registered electrical engineer, intermediate title or above;

· Required experience: Have 5 years or more experience in electrical construction management and mechanical and electrical equipment management, and be able to complete projects independently; experience in mechanical and electrical design or management in universities and educational institutions, and experience in foreign capital hardbound projects are preferred.

Required Job Competencies                                                                

· Familiar with design, installation, repair, maintenance and related knowledge of elevator, central air conditioning, power supply and distribution equipment, and have knowledge of relevant laws and regulations;

· Strong repair and maintenance skills and ability to solve difficult problems of mechanical and electrical equipment;

· Skillful to use AutoCAD and other related drawing software;

· English CET-4 or above, able to discuss professional issues verbally is preferred;

· Strong planning and execution skills, strong communication skills, strong professional ethics, work enthusiasm and initiative.
