Position Description
The incumbent will provide comprehensive HR services during the employment life cycle at campus.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Apply and renew work and residence permits, as well as answer consultation about visa, and permanent green card;
2. Input and maintain new / amended contracts information and movement in ERP accurately;
3. Initiate and monitor the completion of termination/check-out procedures;
4. Provide various employment certificates or work-related support upon requests;
5. Completing other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
Required Job Specifications
1. Required qualification: Master degree in Human Resources field, General management, English or related disciplines
2. 1 year or above working experiences, with higher education institutions will be an advantage
3. Knowledge of HR system, procedures innovation/optimization project, culture promoting is preferable;
Required Job Competencies
1. Language Ability:Fluency in Chinese and English (spoken and written), CET 6 or equivalents
2. Excellent communications and interpersonal skills, ability to communicate effectively with staff, with a positive approach to customer care;
3. Good problem identifying and solving skills;
4. Willingness to work flexibly and to provide some support out of office hours;
5. Ability to work under own initiative and as a member of a team, and work well under pressure.
