Position Description                                                                        

The incumbent will be responsible for assisting in graduate studies related issues at GTIIT and other relevant administration work within the RIGS office. 

Duties and Responsibilities                                                                      

· Provide support for the graduate student recruitment process at GTIIT.

· Expand diverse publicity channels for GTIIT graduate program.

· Responsible for daily management and data management of graduate students, ensure that their admission, fellowship payment, enrollment, graduation or termination is conducted in an orderly manner.

· Assist in Government reports related to graduate studies;

· Assist RIGS office in administrative work and complete tasks assigned by superiors.

Required Job Specifications                                                                  

· Required qualification: bachelor degree or above from an internationally reputable university;

· Required experience: preferably relevant administration experience.

Required Job Competencies                                                                  

· Language ability: Fluent Chinese and English; 

· Multi-task skills; 

· Good Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel; 

· Good planning and organizing skills; 

· Good communication and collaboration skills;

· Good interpersonal skill to work in an international, cross-cultural work environment.
