Dr. Ziv Atzmon Received his B.Sc in Nuclear & Materials Engineering from the Ben-Gurion University, and his PhD at the Dept. of Materials Engineering from the Technion- Israel Institute of Technology. He spent 3 years at Arizona State University as a Post-Doctoral position, working on development of thin films for microelectronic industry. Dr. Atzmon managed several Research & Development groups in the Israeli semiconductor industry. He was a Director of R&D in Kulicke & Soffa Corporation, focusing on investigation of advanced wire bonding processes and bonding tools in collaboration with a development group from the Technion. He was also a Chief Technology Officer of 2 Start Up companies in Israel. Dr. Atzmon is an inventor of 5 patents in the field of the semiconductor industry.
