Position Description
We are looking for an HR specialist to support our recruitment process of administrative staff at GTIIT. The incumbent will be involved in a wide range of support activities inside the HR Department, from coordinating the hiring process end-to-end to handling relevant paperwork. The position will be the liaison between candidates and hiring departments, to ensure efficient communication and the best selection of talents.
Duties and Responsibilities
Create and post job ads in various portals.
Screen resumes and job applications.
Reach out to potential candidates through professional groups on social media, during job fairs, etc.
Conduct initial phone interviews to create shortlists of qualified candidates.
Coordinate and interview candidates in-person for a wide range of roles, including junior and some senior roles.
Track hiring metrics including time-to-hire and source of hire.
Follow up with candidate status throughout the hiring process.
Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings.
Prepare contract for new and current employees, including drafting, sealing and scanning.
Maintain partnership with key recruitment channels and headhunters. Suggest new channels if necessary.
Host and participate in job fairs.
Provide relevant data/report upon request.
Deliver new employee orientation and training related activities when necessary.
Undertake other tasks and responsibilities assigned by the superior.
Required Job Specifications
Required qualification: master degree or above in Human Resources, Business Management, English, Translation or other related fields from an internationally recognized university.
Required work experience: 1-2 years’ work experience in recruitment, preferably in an educational institution or international company setting.
Required Job Competencies
Proficient in English and Chinese.
Recruitment and job interviewing skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills to work in an international, cross-cultural work environment.
Responsible, honest, patient and detail oriented.
Multi-task skills.
Good Microsoft Office skills.
