Position Description                                                                      

The incumbent will be responsible for assisting with academic events at GTIIT and other relevant administration work within the RIGS office.

Duties and Responsibilities                                                                    

· Provide support for RIGS office to ensure a smooth operation of academic events at GTIIT.

· Provide marketing and academic event planning support as required.

· Assist with reception work for visitors.

· Assist RIGS office on administrative work and complete tasks assigned by superiors.

· Undertake other tasks and responsibilities as may reasonably be required.

Required Job Specifications                                                                

· Required qualification / academic degree: bachelor degree or above.

· Required experience: 0-2 years, working experiences in higher education institutions will be an advantage.

Required Job Competencies                                                                

· Language ability: Fluent Chinese and English oral and writing communication

· Multi-task skills;

· Good Microsoft Office skills;

· Good planning and organizing skills;

· Good communication and collaboration skills;

· Good interpersonal skill to work in an international, cross-cultural work environment.
