Position Description
The incumbent is responsible mainly for the following two keys roles:
1# kind of work – support to review and check the electric safety design for project
2# kind of work – electric safety work from campus electric system inspection and management
Report to EHS leader
Duties and Responsibilities
Review the electric safety design审查电气安全设计
Perform conceptual design and engineering for electric power supply for campus renovation project
对校园改造项目供电系统进行概念设计和工程设计
Review and approve preliminary design and/or detail design of campus renovation project
审查并批准校园改造项目的初步设计和/或详细设计
Review the renovation project for the electric installation and construction审查改造项目的电气安装与施工情况
Support OPS and CCD to visit renovation project to inspect the electric installation quality and surveillance for renovation project
支持OPS和CCD前往现场，对改造项目进行电气安装质量检查及监督
Review and approve renovation construction contractor - temporary power supply from campus.
审查并批准改造施工承包商的临时用电方案
Perform site visit and field electric installation inspection
开展现场走访及电气安装检查
Safety related work 安全相关工作
Proficient in electric safety standards, including explosion protection, Functional Safety SIL (Safety Integrity Level) and PL (Performance Level, per IEC standards for process and machinery safety), lightning protection, and grounding (functional and protective).
熟悉电气安全标准，如：防爆、功能安全SIL（Safety Integrity Level，安全完整性等级）和 PL（Performance Level，如 IEC化工和机械电气标准）、防雷、接地（工作和保护）等
能源相关：SIL: SIS（安全仪表系统）和 SIF（安全仪表功能），能源供应应急切断等。
机械相关：PL: 关注安全门、光幕、急停回路。
Assist in establishing the electric-related management content of the experimental hazard analysis (EHA) system for the campus laboratory.
Review the relevant power transmission and distribution system design and planning of the school's experimental system, provide the electric design requirements for the school to the design unit, and review the design results.
During the design phase of the laboratory, provide design requirements that meet the needs of users and ensure electric safety.
复核学校实验系统的相关输配电系统设计和规划，为学校向设计单位提供电气设计需求，并复核设计效果。
在实验室设计阶段提供设计需求，满足使用者和用电安全的设计。
Assist in the annual preventive maintenance, supervisory testing and inspection of the public auxiliary equipment used in the experimental building and laboratories.
协助实验楼及实验室使用的公共辅助设备的年度预防性维护、监督性检测和检查工作。
Conduct campus electric safety analysis and based on the results to develop electric safety training courses and assist in the implementation of electric safety training.
开展校园电气安全分析，并根据分析结果制定电气安全培训课程，协助实施电气安全培训。
Assist in improving the electric safety instructions of the laboratory and provide related safety consultations.
协助改进实验室的电气安全操作规程，并提供相关的安全咨询。
Coordinate with all relevant departments on campus to ensure the effective implementation of national electric safety policies and regulations as well as the school's safety requirements.
与校内所有相关部门协调，确保有效落实国家电气安全政策法规以及学校的各项安全要求。
Bachelor's degree or above in electric discipline
电气工程专业本科及以上学历
Certified National Safety Engineer (if applicable, priority will be given.)
持有注册安全工程师（如有,优先考虑）
Having an Electrician Special Operations Certificate or relevant professional qualification (if applicable, priority will be given.)
具备电工特种作业操作证或相关职业资格（如有,优先考虑）
Have experience in identifying electric risks and compiling emergency plans
具备电气风险辨识和应急预案编制经验
Have participated in the establishment of electric safety systems or the rectification of electric hazards projects
参与过电气安全体系搭建或电气隐患整改项目
Able to communicate in English.
熟练的英语沟通能力。
Others 其它要求：
Can use Microsoft Office and AutoCAD for drafting
会使用微软办公软件（word、Excel，power point）和 会使用AutoCAD绘图软件
Working conscientiously and strong team spirit.
工作认真负责，具有较强的团队合作精神。
