Duties and Responsibilities
· Establish a solid connection with the local food hygiene administration office to ensure our catering operators are complying with the food safety regulations. Lead risk prevention strategies, daily inspections, staff training, and quality enhancement in canteens initiatives to uphold the highest standards of campus food safety.
· Continuously improve the campus dining experience and satisfaction through targeted promotional activities, regular introduction of new food options, and timely and effective resolution of complaints.
· In charge of the operations of the canteens across both campuses. Develop and implement flexible plans based on the development and dining needs of the two campuses.
· Manage all campus service vendors, including the execution of bidding projects, contract negotiations, and performance evaluations. Ensure all rents and utility bills of the campus shops are timely paid off.
· Build up an efficient Campus Service team. Provide professional support for all kinds of campus events and foster a strong sense of community by organizing cultural and festival celebrations.
· Coordinate and manage campus shuttle bus services and official vehicle arrangements to ensure efficient and reliable transportation for the university community.
· Lead departmental preparations and organizations for university-level major activities, including managing the procurement, inventory, and distribution of the necessary materials and supplies for the event, the provision of catering services, and on-site operational support.
· Assist in department administrative affairs to enhance workflow efficiency. Support the implementation of departmental policies and procedures, assisting in data collection and report generation for strategic planning and decision-making purposes. Coordinate cross-departmental tasks, ensuring smooth execution through effective internal communication and task allocation.
· Complete other assignments from the supervisor.
Required Job Specifications
· Education:Bachelor's degree or above
· Work Experience:Experience in canteen or food service management, campus operations, administrative services, or related fields, with demonstrated ability to handle operational coordination, vendor management, and event support. Certification as a Food Safety Manager is preferred.
Required Job Competencies
· Good English skill, equivalent to TEM-8 level. Fluent in Mandarin, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PPT, Word).
· Experience in team coordination or supervision.
· Strong sense of responsibility and integrity, with good organizational and problem-solving skills.
· Ability to work in a bilingual and cross-cultural environment.
