Job Post – Faculty Absorption Specialist
Position Title: Faculty Absorption Specialist

Duties and Responsibilities
1. HR System Management, Onboarding Preparation & Offboarding Tracking
· Create and maintain academic employee account records, personnel files, and contract information in the HR system promptly and accurately.
· Proactively notify relevant departments of incoming staff and coordinate setup of required IT accounts, campus access, workspace, and other resources.
· Review onboarding documentation for completeness, accuracy, and compliance.
· Initiate and monitor offboarding workflows in the OA system to ensure timely completion of all clearance steps.
· Prepare, process, and obtain official seals for work-related certificates (e.g., employment verification, visa support letters).
2. Newcomer Relocation Coordination & Transportation
· Coordinate arrival and departure logistics for academic newcomers, including airport and train station pick-ups and drop-offs.
· Serve as emergency contact and provide on-call support for urgent newcomer issues, including 24/7 availability when required.
· Coordinate employees shuttle bus and some other vehicle arrangements for campus event and guests.
3. Support Community Life
· Assist in planning Day Trip for the community, support the community activities and international holiday/events etc.
· Update related city events or activities to Community Coordinator.
4. Support for Foreign Staff Living & Working Issues
· Assist foreign staff with general living matters (local services) in Shantou.
· Provide assistance or information to foreign staff in administrative issues such as driving license, certification of overseas degree authentication and documentation required for employment and visa.
· Other support with the approval of the management.
5. Perform additional duties as assigned to support HR operations, community life and newcomer services.
· Education:Bachelor's degree or above, Relevant experience in International Trading or Transportation Agency.
· Fluency in Chinese and English(spoken and written), CET-6 or above;
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Strong sense of responsibility and integrity
· Problem-solving skills
· Ability to work in a bilingual and cross-cultural environment
· Willingness to work flexibly and provide support outside regular office hours, 24/7 availability for emergency situations when required
· Have an open-door attitude and be willing to help
