In the evening of April 25th, a lecture themed with "Sex and Its Secrets" was delivered by Madam Li Ai, a senior psychological consultant from Shantou University Mental Health Center. The lecture hall was fully occupied and students were absorbed.

The atmosphere of the lecture was a bit tense in the beginning due to the sensitiveness of the topic. Madam Li humorously quoted some vivid examples and interacted with students to relax the atmosphere. Ideal results were achievement. Students, who later boldly put forward their doubts upon sex, admitted that they didn't fully and correctly know about sex since they mainly attained information on sex through literature, films and television programs, as well as internet.

Madam Li taught students common senses of sex physiology, sex psychology, sexual relations with vivid cases and rigorous data. "Sex is human nature while affected by psychological activities and social relations. Sex is a right but also duty," Li pointed out, "university students shall develop correct values on sex, speak out doubts and handle it in a right way."

Finally, Madam Li stressed, sex should follow the principles of "autonomy, safety and health". Girls, in particular, should be highly aware of their safety and protect their rights and benefits. The lecture drew to a success close in applause.
