GTIIT offers a series of athletics & recreation activities. Participating in some form of physical activity helps maintain a healthy and balanced lifestyle, and students are encouraged to choose at least one activity each semester.
GTIIT Student's sport courses and activities include: Basic Physical Education, Fitness, Basketball Men, Basketball Women, Football, Touch Rugby, Yoga, Martial Arts, Ping Pong, Wall Climbing, Athletics, Track and Field, Badminton, Tennis and Swimming. More activities are planned for the future.
Sport installations include: climbing wall (10-meter-tall and 28-meter-long), Olympic track and field, full size football field, Synthetic mini-football field, 50 meters swimming pool (including children's swimming pool and sauna), 3 tennis courts, 6 outdoor and 2 indoor basketball/volleyball courts, 6 outdoor and 4 indoor badminton courts, 2500 m2 indoor gymnasium, 9 table tennis tables, gymnastics/dance and yoga rooms, 2 fully equipped Fitness rooms, etc.
