The evaluation of the GTIIT Education Foundation "Mingsheng Energy Technology Research Laboratory" Program (hereinafter the "Program") in 2025 has been wrapped up recently. After application submission, qualification review, expert evaluation and publicity, 8 projects finally stood out and received funding.

This Program has drawn high recognition and attention from teachers and students of GTIIT since it was launched on May 22,2025. A total of 30 teams submitted the application, attracting 145 teachers and students to participate in this Program. The submitted applications covered materials science, chemical raw materials and chemical products manufacturing, ecological protection and environmental governance, agricultural and sideline food processing industry, medical health and other fields, which fully demonstrates the enthusiasm of GTers for scientific research and innovation. In order to ensure the fairness, impartiality and authority of the review, a jury composed of academic experts from relevant industries was invited to assess and score the applications from the perspectives of innovation, technology, sustainability and cost-effectiveness.

Thanks to the strong support of Mingsheng Holdings (Shenzhen) Group Co., Ltd, this Program can be carried out smoothly. Mr. Guo Mingyuan, founder of Mingsheng Holding Group said that the results of this project review not only show the exploration vitality of GTIIT in the field of cutting-edge science and technology, but also reflect the key supporting role of university scientific research in empowering the regional industry-university-research collaborative ecology and serving the national strategy with the innovation and practicability of multiple topics. "Through the exploration of multiple topics, this Program precisely meets the strategic needs of the country. I hope GTIIT maintain the spirit of innovation, conduct in-depth research, continue to tackle tough problems, inject fresh water into the iteration of industrial technology, and continue to empower the construction of the national innovation system and the high-quality development of the economy."
