Guangdong Technion-Israel Institute of Technology (GTIIT) signed Memorandum on Strategic Cooperation with Shantou Airline Ltd. Co., China Southern Airlines, formally establishing comprehensive strategic partnership with each other.

GTIIT represents the educational cooperation between China and Israel.  GTIIT aims to become an internationally recognized research institute of first-class education, pioneering research and innovation. Since April, 2018, Shantou Airline Ltd. Co. has been discussed with and conduct surveys in GTIIT. With the principles of "advantages complementation, resources sharing, mutual benefits and common development", GTIIT and Shantou Airline Ltd. Co. decide to establish stable and win-win comprehensive strategic partnership, making contributions to the economic, educational development and reform & opening in east of Guangdong.

To achieve win-win outcomes, Shantou Airline Ltd. Co. will establish major client cooperative relationship with GTIIT, providing GTIIT with, for examples, quality airlines services, job positions and internships for students. GTIIT will recommend quality training resources and innovation resources to Shantou Airline Ltd. Co.. Both Parties will make the best of brand advantage, corporate advantage, and university advantage to jointly build an image publicity platform, develop talents' technological advantages and construct corporate and campus culture.
