Marketing Assistant
Overview
The Marketing Assistant will be responsible for key marketing activities including producing marketing collateral, copywriting for offline and online platforms, supporting social media, assisting the school in organizing campaigns and developing marketing strategies.
This position will report to the Operations Manager.
Position Responsibilities:
Provide timely marketing and social media support to school. Contribute ideas to marketing campaigns.
Create, collate, and post regular content on social media channels including school websites, WeChat official/video accounts, TikTok, etc. and respond to messages.
Coordinate new video footage and photo shoots both internally and externally.
Track and report campaigns, school events and admissions activities. Write and edit press releases.
Help to develop a range of Admission literature, marketing, promotional and publicity materials in line with the marketing and admission plan.
Collect marketing data, compile internal reports on the effectiveness of campaigns.
Work closely with the Admissions Team to plan innovative, high-impact outreach events and campus visit opportunities.
Undertake daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department’s activities.
Other duties required.
Position Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or higher
Journalism, advertising, art design or marketing related majors
Experience in brand promotion and event planning preferred
Good writing skills, in Chinese and English
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, databases
