Position Description                                                                      

We are looking for a project assistant to help with managing research projects and research groups.

Duties and Responsibilities                                                                    

• Assist project leaders with finance reimbursement, visitor reception, operations, meeting organization, document circulation and data collection, etc.

• Manage daily tasks of the research groups, including planning budget, collecting and releasing project news, updating websites, etc.

• Undertake other tasks and responsibilities assigned by the superior.

Required Job Specifications                                                                

• Required qualification: bachelor degree or above from an internationally recognized university.

• Required work experience: preferably in an educational institution or international company setting.

Required Job Competencies                                                                

• Proficient in English and Chinese.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills to work in an international, cross-cultural work environment.

• Responsible, cautious, patient and willing to take initiatives.

• Good Microsoft Office skills, especially PowerPoint.
