Research Scientist Position in Dielectric Materials (电介质材料科研助理)

1. Team Introduction 学术团队简介

The Tan group pursues polymer composite film processing, ALD coating, dielectric composite and electrochemical supercapacitor researches. As a team of international scientists, we practice the multi-disciplinary collaboration investigating the relationship between process, structure and properties of nanocomposites, as well as electrodes and energy storage. Candidate with a background in organic or inorganic dielectric materials and electrical engineering is preferred.

3. Requirements 应聘条件

• 申请人有理工科硕士相关方向背景，经过导师面试，推荐录用； MSc interviewed.

• 在国际重要刊物上发表过学术论文1篇以上，有相关研究经验者优先考虑；1 paper published in international journals, candidates with relevant experience will be considered first.

• 有较强的材料或电子理论基础、样品制备能力、独立的科研能力，英文理解与表达能力；Candidates with solid material or electric theory foundation, able to carry out research independently, expertise in English comprehension and expression.

4. Compensation and Benefits 岗位待遇

• 年薪约为8-12万，具体视资历而定，课题组根据实际表现额外给予奖励；80-120k RMB/year with extra bonus if perform well.

• 科研助理聘期内参照学校正式职工享受相关福利（医疗保险、住房补贴以及其他社会保险等福利）；Provide social securities and housing fund.
