Position Description:

The incumbent will be responsible for but not limited to manage EHS documentation and help with all EHS related issues. Detailed duties and responsibilities are as follows.

Job Description:

·Assist in  managing EHS documentation, including EHS procedures, technical design and lab installation of EHS-related functional facilities;

·Assist in  establishing and maintaining school EHS management system, including maintaining the information of EHS website;

·Assist in the maintenance of lab chemicals, wastes and life cycle management of lab supporting facilities and equipment, such as lab handover, risk assessment, etc.;

·Assist in sharing relevant EHS information, e.g. updating and maintaining EHS module in the Moodle training system;

·Assist in  coordinating all relevant departments to ensure the effective implementation of relevant national EHS regulations and Technion EHS requirements.

Required Job Specifications:

·Required qualification: bachelor degree or above, preferably majoring in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry or equivalent scientific or relevant fields;

·Work experience: working experience in lab management is preferred.

Key Skill Requirement:

·Familiar with Microsoft Office software;

·Fluent English communication skill;

·Work conscientiously and has strong teamwork sense.
