Position Description                                                                       

The incumbent will be responsible for assisting finance manager in managing, processing and troubleshooting various accounts and transactions and supporting our day-to-day transactions.

Duties and Responsibilities                                                                    

·     Process reimbursement and payment request timely and accurately;

·     Help oversee and manage individual accounts;

·     Assist finance manager in preparing financial reports on a regular basis;

·     Help oversee and manage the operation of GTIIT foundation;

·     Maintain financial archives;

·     Assist on other financial matters when necessary.

Required Job Specifications                                                                

·     Required qualification: Bachelor degree or above majoring in accounting and/or finance in an internationally recognized university/program;

·     Work experience: More than 2 years working experience in accounting or in finance related filed.

Required Job Competencies                                                                

·     Language skills: fluent in Chinese and English;

·     Organized and responsible candidates are preferred.
