Key Responsibilities / 主要工作职责
Act as the primary contact to manage user inquiries and service tickets -track, assign, and follow up to closure.
作为主要联系窗口,管理用户咨询与服务工单 - 跟踪、分派并跟进直至完成。
Assist to provide front-line support for classrooms and events, including early-morning shifts, off-hours, and off-site activities.
协助提供教室与各类活动的一线现场支持,包含早班、非工作时间与校外活动。
Maintain internal websites and knowledge base - update documentation and FAQs using templates, and collect and analyze service-related data.
维护内部网站与知识库 - 按模板更新文档与常见问题,收集并分析服务相关数据。
Maintain and audit asset records - ensure accurate documentation and proper check-in/out logs.
维护与审计资产记录 - 确保文档准确与借还流程规范。
Job Requirements / 岗位要求
Bachelor degree or above from an internationally recognized university.
本科学位或以上学历。
Fluent English communication skills (spoken and written), capable of effective interaction with international users and teams.
流利的英语听说读写能力,能够与国际用户及团队进行高效沟通。
Proactive, service-oriented attitude with flexibility to support early-morning, off-hour, and off-site activities as needed.
积极主动、以服务为导向,能根据需要支持早班、非工作时间及校外活动。
Be willing to learn with a motivated attitude - follow procedures and checklists to deliver consistent service.
保持学习意愿与积极进取的态度,按标准流程与清单执行,确保服务一致性。
