Job Description

1. Lead the administration, configuration, testing, integration, and data migration of the ERP system.

负责ERP系统的管理、配置、测试、集成与数据迁移工作。

2. Analyze user needs, propose system enhancements, and manage modifications to meet business requirements.

分析用户需求，提出系统优化方案，并通过功能调整满足业务需求。

3. Supervise ERP workflows, ensure data integrity, and provide user training and support across various modules.

监控ERP工作流程，确保数据完整性，并为各模块用户提供培训与技术支持。

4. Manage ERP implementation projects, coordinate with internal teams and external partners, and ensure timely delivery.

管理ERP实施项目，协调内部团队与外部合作伙伴，确保项目按时交付。

5. Maintain system performance, troubleshoot issues, document processes, and undertake additional tasks as assigned.

      维护系统性能，排查故障，编写流程文档，并完成其他指派任务。

Job Requirement

1. Bachelor degree or above.

本科学历以上。

2. Proficiency in any one functional module of ERP, such as Finance, Procurement, Materials, or HR.

精通ERP财务、采购、物资、HR其中任一个功能模块。

3. At least 5 years of implementation or development experience in ERP-related fields.

5年及以上ERP相关领域实施或开发工作经验。

4. Strong business insight and rigorous logical analysis skills.

有敏锐的业务洞察力，严密的逻辑分析能力。

5. Solid knowledge of database fundamentals, with the ability to independently perform data queries and generate reports.

掌握数据库基础知识，能够独立进行数据查询与报表制作。

6. Experience with Kingdee's Xinghan or Cangqiong platform is preferred.

有金蝶星瀚、苍穹平台工作经验优先考虑。
