Horacio Daniel Sobrevia was born in Argentina. In the first stage of his life he studied industrial chemistry, managing his own cosmetics laboratory. Then, he discovered his passion for communication, in its various forms. He is a writer, novelist and poet, having published books in Spanish, his native language. In addition, with great interest in the problems that afflict the community in which he resides, he acts as a journalist on local issues. He is the owner and director of his own radio. He has been a guide and mentor to others in his specialty, both as a journalist and writer, teaching courses in his area of interest.
